Now that spring is in full bloom, there’s no better time to indulge in your beauty and self care than right now with these amazing brands. If you remember the article I wrote about my favorite inexpensive wines, then you know I’m only here to give you the best quality for less money.

With that being said, here are some of my favorite products I’m using right now that you can use to upgrade your self care regimen.

Sun Bum Revitalizing 3-in-1 Leave In

EWG Report: Moderate Risk

It smells like summer in a travel sized bottle! It’s perfect for on-the-go use. As someone who’s trying to bring her natural curls back, I love this product because it’s good for detangling my hair (which happens often), conditioning it (thanks to my little bleaching and perming adventures) and protects it from the UV rays. It also has coconut, banana and sunflower seed oil which really reinforces that conditioning treatment for your hair.

fieldtrip Overnight Trip Hydrating Lip Mask

EWG Report: Low Risk

I’ve needed a lip mask for a long time but I don’t like using the ones you lay on your lips because I’m always up and doing things (and I cannot possibly sit still for that long.) But what’s great about this one is I can pop it on and get back to work. Even as a tiny container, a little product goes a long way and lasts a long time. Also, I’m a sucker for cute packaging. This container is adorable and travel-themed which is honestly a good enough reason for me to buy it again (besides the points listed above.)

fieldtrip C the World Brightening Serum

EWG Report: Low Risk

And if you like the overnight lip mask, considering splurging on the C the World Brightening Serum. I love the way this product feels on my skin and feels like it works right away to give my skin the boost it needs. Vitamin C is super important for your skin and you get plenty of it and other vitamins in this serum. Since it’s natural and has very few chemicals, it’s a great lightweight product that you can incorporate into your skincare.

Natrium 8% Sulfur Spot Treatment

EWG Report: Low Risk Related Reports Listed

I’ve been to the dermatologist in the past to get spot treatments like these and I can honestly say this treatment is just as effective as what I’ve been prescribed. I only have to use a little and use it overnight to see results the very next morning. What I love about this product compared to what was prescribed is this spot treatment doesn’t dry out my skin.

e.l.f. Poreless Putty Primer

EWG Report: Low Risk Related Reports Listed

I have noticeable pores around my nose and eye area (which is totally okay because textured skin is normal.) But sometimes I’m looking for a smooth finish for my makeup while also keeping it lightweight since I don’t wear a lot of makeup in the summer. This putty primer really does the trick for me and mixes well when I apply my lotion and sunscreen before beginning my makeup. E.l.f. is always a great brand for me but I definitely love this primer.
