Swifties don’t want turf on NFL fields anymore, and the NFL should listen

Taylor Swift fans, known as “swifties,” are making a statement in the NFL since Swift and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce were rumored to be dating.

Swift made an appearance at the Chiefs last two games, cheering on her man. Her thousands of fans following suit, getting in on the action and even raising Kelce’s and the Chiefs social media credit.

But after Kelce’s injury against the Vikings on Sunday, though he later returned to the game, swifties are targeting the NFL next to make necessary changes so Kelce, among other players, are safe from turf-related injuries.

A quick Twitter (X) search can show you lots of similar tweets, but Swifites are angry. The last time Swift’s fans got screwed over, things went to court.

I don’t know if the NFL is listening, considering they are heavily leaning into this Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce love story, but they might want to consider listening to them.
