Incorporate “Clarity Rx” into your skincare routine

Summer is here which means taking care of your skin is crucial against the heat and UV rays. One of the best ways you can stay on top of taking care of your skin is by adopting a skincare routine.

Having a set skincare routine of things you do daily, weekly and even monthly will make a world of difference for your skin. Where things get tricky, however, is when people share what might be good for your skin, what might be bad, and it’s all very confusing.

The best two things you can do for your skin, especially in the summer, is to drink enough water and keep your skin protected. Some health websites suggest six-to-eight cups a day and others recommend more.

Because it’s summertime, it’s so much easier to drink water to stay cool, so you might not be counting exactly how many cups you’re having. As long as you’re drinking water throughout the day, and continuing to refill, you should be in good shape.

You should also be applying sunscreen before you go outside. Since it’s summer and the sun is out a lot more, the UV rating is a lot higher than in other seasons. This directly impacts your skin, and not in a good way if it’s not protected. Even the lightest protection of SPF is better than none.

But what else can you do? There’s so many different types of skincare brands and products out there. It’s overwhelming to know where to begin. Below are a few products I tried from the brand, “Clarity Rx” that you might consider adding to your summertime skincare routine.

Clarity Rx is a plant-based skincare brand that focuses on delivering quality results without the need for harsh chemicals.

“It’s Becoming” Anti-Aging Concealing Moisturizer

The first time I used this moisturizer, I really thought it was a scrub. It has a certain texture that is similar to facial scrubs. I was pleasantly surprised with how well the product works because your skin stays moisturized for a while.

I use this product before going to bed and wake up to the same level of moisturized skin.

“Get Fit” Multi-Peptide Healthy Skin Serum

I never really thought to incorporate a serum if I didn’t think I’d need it. Serums are typically used for anti-aging, so I figured it would be best if I start to incorporate it soon so I can beat signs of aging before they happen. This serum didn’t necessarily change my mind, but this one makes my skin feel good. It goes on smooth and you don’t need a lot of product at once, so it will last a while.

“Restore It” 7.5% Glycolic Exfoliator

I love a good exfoliator, but I never thought that they came in liquid form. This one in particular is phenomenal and perfect for my skin when combatting some of the issues my skin has. Like with the serum, a little product goes a long way, and you can feel it working right away.

“Cold Compress” Soothing Cucumber Mask

Cucumber masks are one of the most gentle masks you could use on your face. With the heat and UV rays in the summer, you have a higher risk of irritation on your skin. This mask is a great addition to your routine – after properly caring for the skin irritation – to bring back the hydration to your skin.

“Live + Be Well” Probiotic + Pink Himalayan Salt Mask

I was a little underwhelmed with this face mask and would probably prefer the other one, but that’s just me. A face mask that has probiotics mixed in with Pink Himalayan salt can definitely do wonders for your skin. This mask also feels really thin on your face, something that I personally like. It’s more on the liquid side than Cold Compress gel mask, but it still works well!

Rating: ★★★☆☆

Overall, I think these products are the perfect set to use just in time for summer as they will lock in moisture for your skin without using harsh chemicals. Clarity Rx products are available for purchase online.
