The Seattle Seahawks could keep this conspiracy alive in Super Bowl

In 2005, Pope Benedict XVI was elected. Later that year, the Seahawks would go on to lose to the Steelers in Super Bowl XL.

Then, in 2013, Pope Francis was elected. This time, the Seahawks would go on to win that Super Bowl over the Denver Broncos.

Well now, Pope Leo XIV was elected in 2025. Since then, the Seahawks went 14-3 and snagged the No. 1 seed. Now, they’re competing in Super Bowl LX.

The Seahawks will take on the New England Patriots in Santa Clara, California on Sunday, Feb. 8, 2026.
