The Simpsons Fortnite map is actually really fun

The Fortnite x The Simpsons collaboration, which features the official Springfield Battle Royale map launched Nov. 1 of this year.

It is part of a month-long mini-season that transformed the Battle Royale island into Springfield with iconic locations like Evergreen Terrace, Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, Kamp Krusty, Cletus’ Corn Hole, Burns Manor, and Donut District.

This is just a straight up fun map. It includes insane details and easter eggs with smaller, action-packed events in a vivid cel-shaded art world to create nostalgia and immersion.

Map & Location

Every corner of Springfield is a love letter to the show and recent maps focus on generic biomes or lore teases. This is a 1:1 cel-shaded Springfield replica built by “good fans of the series,” not just developers.

Action

There are non-stop fights from the drop in this 80-player compact island, where Chapter 6’s massive map led to “boring periods.” Smaller maps create more fun without being a mode swap.

Art & Vibe

This bright, cartoonish style pops like the show itself and stands out against gritty and mythic recent themes. This map is paired with wacky weapons and quests for pure, unserious fun.

Nostalgia & Immersion

Running through Evergreen Terrace or the Nuclear Plant feels like living in an episode. Unlike collab skins or standard maps, this makes the Battle Royale island around one IP – short, mini-season keeps it fresh, not dragged out.
