Co-Host, Connor Barwin, is an NFL veteran with a ten-year career, including four seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles, and now currently serves as the Head of Football Development and Strategy for the Philadelphia Eagles. He, alongside his mother Margaret and friend Jeff Tubbs, is a co- founder of the Make The World Better Foundation (MTWB), with a mission of connecting people and inspiring stewardship through revitalizing public spaces in Philadelphia.
Co-Host Chris Long, an NFL veteran with an 11-year career with the Rams, Patriots, and Eagles. He is a two-time Super Bowl champion who was awarded the 2018 Walter Payton Man of the Year Award for his philanthropic work. He launched the Chris Long Foundation and Waterboys in 2015 with the mission of galvanizing elite athletes and passionate fans to advance access to clean water and educational equity.

WHAT: Returning for its third year, Team Dinner is an annual event collaboration between former Eagles players and philanthropists Connor Barwin and Chris Long, uniting Philadelphia’s most civic-minded supporters for a night of camaraderie at premier steakhouse and fine dining restaurant, Steak 48. Inspired by team dinners from their playing days, the event channels that same spirit of unity off the field to raise vital funds for Make The World Better and the Chris Long Foundation, supporting their shared mission to strengthen communities, stand up to inequity, and create opportunities for kids to thrive.
Guests will be treated to an elevated evening, complete with a red-carpet experience, engaging and interactive programming from Chris Long and Connor Barwin, and an unforgettable dining experience. Additional surprise activations will round out this inspiring night for a great cause.

About Connor Barwin & Make The World Better Foundation
Connor Barwin is an NFL veteran with a ten-year career, including four seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles, during which he started all 65 games (regular season and playoffs) and recorded 31.5 sacks. In 2014, Barwin earned Pro Bowl and All-Pro honors after leading the NFC with 14.5 sacks. Connor Barwin and his mom Margaret founded the Make The World Better Foundation in 2013 during his first season playing for the Eagles. Chris Long is an NFL veteran who recorded 70 sacks during his 11-year career with the Rams, Patriots, and Eagles. He is a two-time Super Bowl champion who was awarded the 2018 Walter Payton Man of the Year Award for his philanthropic work.
