6:30 p.m. – Opening Ceremony at the Stage Arena
6:30 p.m. – Men’s Skillet Throwing Contest at the Skillet Throw Arena
7:00 p.m. – Salem County Queen & Little Miss Contest and Fair Benefit Auction at the Stage Arena
7:00 p.m. – Pig Races at the Misc. Animal Barn
7:00 p.m. – Mutton Bustin’ at the Horse Arena
8:00 p.m. – Pig Races at the Misc. Animal Barn
10:00 p.m. – Grounds Close
