The Philadelphia Eagles have the secret to success. You can have a stellar air and ground quarterback, a hefty offensive line, an immovable defense and fast weapons, but if you don’t have team chemistry and good culture, you’ll get nowhere.
That’s why it works so well for the Kansas City Chiefs. A team that has all of those components with a well-disciplined head coach is going to skyrocket you to championships.
But for the Eagles, it’s a special kind of brotherhood in the City of Brotherly Love that proved to be a key to making it to three Super Bowls in the past seven years, winning two of them.
Current Eagles offensive lineman Kendal Lamm took a shot at his former team, the Miami Dolphins for their lack of good organization culture.
“I understand why the Eagles reached two Super Bowls in three years: players are never late, never toxic, and after every practice, the room spends 15 minutes sharing personal struggles to mentally stay sharp,” Lamm said.
“Something I never got with the Dolphins,”
Lamm joined the Eagles in the 2025 offseason, signing a one-year deal in March. In 119 games, Lamm has 44 starts where he put up two fumble recoveries and one receiving touchdown. He came off of three seasons in Miami, hoping to get more of a brotherhood in the north east.
