The past 24 hours have lived rent-free in Simmers heads with the newest Sims 4 expansion pack leak, a landlord-themed pack called “Sims 4 For Rent Expansion Pack.”
This pack will allow for multiple family lots and Sims can manage residential rental lots. This comes after a homely expansion and a ranch expansion in 2023 alone.
In the newest “Behind the Sims” episode, Simmers began speculating about this third expansion pack – and they hit the nail on the head. If all goes as planned with this next pack, it should be live by December 7, 2023.
