MLB 2023: ALCS Game 6 Best Bets

It may all come down tonight. The Houston Astros are back at home for Game 6 of the ALCS. After taking one game on the road to push them 3-2, the Rangers need this opportunity to push a Game 7.

The Astros took an early lead with a scored run in the first inning in Game 5. They allowed a run by the Rangers to tie it up in the bottom of the fifth, but answered with another run in the sixth inning. The Rangers came alive by the bottom of the sixth inning scoring three runs and staying comfortably ahead by the top of the ninth inning. The Astros then secured victory with three runs in the top of the ninth and not allowing the Rangers to do anything to take the last game on the road.

Game 6 of the ALCS will air on FS1 at 8:03 PM. The Philadelphia Phillies, who lead the series 3-2 return home to face the Arizona Diamondbacks in a much-needed win to take a trip back to the World Series. The NLCS action continues Monday, October 23.

BetMGM has the Astros as favorites to win Game 6 at (-120) and the Rangers as (+100) underdogs. Check out some more best bets for tonight’s action.

Astros ML (-120)

I think the momentum took a major switch when the Astros were coming back in the series. Now, they have a chance to clinch the World Series at home. If it’s not Game 6, I feel like it happens in Game 7.

Total O 8.5 Runs (-115)

Everything is on the line tonight and we’ve been seeing high-scoring games between these two teams. I feel like this is a comfortable over that will hit by the fifth or sixth inning in the ways we’ve been seeing these games play out.

Y. Alvarez O 0.5 HRs (+270)

If tonight is the last ALCS game, let’s go out with a bang. Alvarez is him and I think if I had to pick anyone to hit a home run tonight, which I haven’t done yet this MLB postseason, I think it’s him.
