The NLCS continues today and the Philadelphia Phillies and Arizona Diamondbacks are tied, 2-2. There’s one more game in Arizona before the series comes back to Philadelphia. The Diamondbacks took their second win at home on Friday, 6-5.
The Phillies finally took back some momentum that they last had during Game 2 in Philadelphia. They scored five runs in four innings, but the Diamondbacks starting coming back. In the bottom of the eighth, the Diamondbacks tied and soon won the game after the Phillies failed to get the runs they needed.
Game 5 of the NLCS starts at 8:07 PM on TBS. The ALCS is coming back to the Houston Astros territory and the game will air tomorrow at 8:03 PM on FS1.
Regardless, BetMGM still has the Phillies as the favorites at (-135) and the Diamondbacks at (+110) underdogs. Here are some good bets for today’s Game 4.
Z. Wheeler O 5.5 Ks (-150)
Wheeler on the mound tonight means the Phillies are officially back in the race in the NLCS. Wheeler will absolutely get at least six strikeouts tonight.
Total O 7.5 Runs (-115)
There have been quite a few games where both teams put up a lot of wins. I think it’s plausible that they do this tonight, much like we saw yesterday. The Diamondbacks are looking for a sweep at home, but the Phillies know they need a win away before coming home.
N. Castellanos O 0.5 Hits (-190)
Castellanos has been back and forth in clutch moments this series, but with tonight’s game at stake for Philadelphia, I feel like Castellanos’ moment is coming again.
