Week 6 is officially over, something was in the water for like, half of these teams. Check out the good, bad and ugly below.
First & Jenn’s Game of the Week
Dallas Cowboys at Los Angeles Chargers
Cowboys: Are they back or are the Chargers about to sound alarms?
Chargers: I really don’t know if the Chargers are capable of contending in the AFC if they made the mistakes they made in this game.
First & Jenn’s Game to Skip
Minnesota Vikings at Chicago Bears
Vikings: They made terrible mistakes even though they won. This isn’t going to save them down the line.
Bears: Frustrating loss for Bears fans, but division games will always be tricky.
Denver Broncos at Kansas City Chiefs
Broncos: They should contend for Caleb Williams at this point.
Chiefs: Not as impressive day for the offense, but the defense held the Broncos to 8 points and 192 total yards.
Baltimore Ravens at Tennessee Titans
Ravens: They won, yes, but nine penalties is not going to help you win down the stretch.
Titans: The turnovers and giving up the ball killed the team.
Washington Commanders at Atlanta Falcons
Commanders: Everyone say thank you to Chase Young.
Falcons: Turnovers hurt the team that otherwise had a decent day.
Seattle Seahawks at Cincinnati Bengals
Seahawks: They don’t look bad, but they don’t look great. Right now, that might just be enough in the NFC.
Bengals: The Joes (Burrow and Mixon) carried today (and Tyler Boyd’s touchdown, too.)
San Francisco 49ers at Cleveland Browns
49ers: No one is going to bat an eye at this loss, but this loss comes with a sounding alarm in the future.
Browns: *bombastic side eye*
New Orleans Saints at Houston Texans
Saints: They put up 430 total yards and nothing to show for it.
Texans: Having an average day, though I will give them making progress, won’t save them all the time.
Indianapolis Colts at Jacksonville Jaguars
Colts: Turnovers killed.
Jaguars: If I haven’t said this already, pay attention to the Jaguars.
Carolina Panthers at Miami Dolphins
Panthers: Oddly, I think they’re making slow progress. Not enough to be in any conversation.
Dolphins: Another beautiful performance, what more needs to be said? Other than that this week they faced an easier team.
New England Patriots at Las Vegas Raiders
Patriots: They are officially an untrustworthy team.
Raiders: Not good, not bad, just good enough.
Arizona Cardinals at Los Angeles Rams
Cardinals: They’re just not getting it right this season.
Rams: They are getting it right this season, regardless of the off-day.
Philadelphia Eagles at New York Jets
Eagles: Your defense can only carry you so far until your offense makes costly mistakes.
Jets: Your defense will cary you only so far and more if your offense is able to deliver, too.
Detroit Lions at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Lions: Dare I say, moving up in the NFC ranks?
Buccaneers: They had an off-day, and not in a good way.
New York Giants at Buffalo Bills
Giants:
Bills:
