Not to be birth month biased, but October is definitely the best time in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

(Southern Hemisphere Only) Cherry Blossom Festival

When: October 1 to October 10

Notes: Cherry blossom petals can be caught with a net and combine those with DIYs obtained by popping balloons to craft special cherry blossom-themed decorations.

CJ’s Fishing Tourney

When: October 8

Notes: Earn points from fishing competitions to trade for special prizes.

Halloween

When: October 31

Notes: Buy candy all October at Tom Nook’s shop to trade with jack for spooky Halloween items. Give Jack lollipops to get his full constume and scare your villagers into giving you candy.

3. Find message bottles

4. Visiting a crafting villager

5. Dig up bells from shiny ground (and plant 10k for a money tree)

6. Hit rocks

7. Pull weeds

8. Dig up fossils

9. Check the special visiting character of the day

10. Pick fruit

11. Buy furniture or clothes

12. Water flowers/plants
